The Filemail Outlook Add-in appears on the toolbar in MS Outlook after installation.
The "Help" option will open the helpsection on Filemail.com.
The support option gives you the possiblity to send an e-mail to the Filemail staff if you need help or have any questions, in addition to send your log-files to Filemail.
In the "Configuration"option, you can set up your account and apply some standard settings to the add-in.

This is what the configuration window looks like when you have not logged in to your Filemail account.
It consists of a login section, an account information section and default settings.
You have to login to your account to modify any settings.

The login section allows you to enter your login-credentials. The add-in will keep you logged in even if you close MS Outlook. If you wish to change to another account, just enter new login credentials and click "Login". You will now be logged in with a different account.
The "Account Information" section displays your login status, as well as the currently account which you are logged into.
The links "Need Account?" and "Manage your account" will take you to the appropiate pages that provides these services on Filemail.com.

The default settings section gives you the possibility to set a standard value for "Download limit" and "days available", as well as notification. Click "OK" and the changes will take affect.

You compose your e-mails as normal. If you dont attach any attachments Outlook will send the e-mail as normal, without any dialog with the user. The Filemail Add-in will only start if you attach any files.

If you have attached any files to your e-mail, a dialog window will appear when you click "Send".
This dialog window ask you if you wish to send the attachments using Filemail. It also displays the total size of the attachments.
If you choose "No", Outlook will send the e-mail as normal. If you choose "Yes", you have selected to send the e-mail using Filemail and a new dialog window will appear. This window contains the final steps before sending.

In this step you can make changes to "download limit", "days available" and notification. You can apply a password, which sets a passord needed for downloading the attachments from Filemail.com. You can also save the settings you apply in this step, these settings willl then affect the settings in the Filemail Outlook Add-in configuration.

Your e-mail are now being sent. The progress is shown in the progressbar that appears on the toolbar. On completion your e-mail will be saved in your "Sent files" folder in Outlook.

This is how your sent e-mail will look like.
In the top section of the e-mail you will find a link which will lead the user to the download page on Filemail.com, where the user can download the attachments.
The rest of the e-mail content will appear below and as normal.
