With a Corporate membership, you can send as much as 25 GB in one upload! The files that you send will be available up to 90 days and can be downloaded as many times as you would like (within limitations of bandwidth use)

With each corporate membership, there is one administrator account. The administrator can adjust settings for every license under one corporation. This admin-user can specify a header and custom colors which will be shown on every page for all users in the corporation. These branded pages will also be shown to all users visiting an upload made by anyone in your corporation. The page where other people upload files to your corporation is branded as well.

If needed, the corporation get a unique address for their own upload-site. This site can be branded with heading and colors by the corporation admin user. The administrator can decide which filetypes are allowed to be uploaded from this page, and all uploads will be collected in an online filemail inbox. You will also receive an e-mail to your default e-mail address, informing you about your received files.

The corporate administrator account will have access to statistics, including all information from all users in the corporation. You have detailed day-to-day upload and download statistics, summaries and a detailed view showing tracking data on all downloads. Tracking data include IP to geo locating, which will tell you the city and country of the downloader together with a map representation.

|
Filemail Desktop is a small (0,6 MB) application you can install locally on your computer. It is essentially a desktop version of the website, with some extra features such as: - support for sending folders
- drag'n drop support
Filemail Desktop can be installed on Windows, Mac and most flavors of Linux.

Filemail Outlook Add-in

Filemail Outlook Add-in enables you to send large files directly from Outlook 2003/2007 using Filemail.
Attach files just like you are used to in Outlook and send them via Filemail. The attachments will then be available for download on the specific download page on Filemail.com
Note that this is a beta version which may contain bugs.

Integrate a Filemail fileuploader on your website!
The uploader is a Flash module which can easily be placed on any part of your website. The process for uploading files and sending e-mails will be the same as if you were using the the service from Filemail.com.
This service is only offered to our Corporate customers.
