The new Filemail Dashboard provides a centralized overview of recent and overall transfer activity, workflow status and account insights.
It’s designed to instantly provide operational insight through organized sections.
Transfer Activity
Monitor transfer activity with the following metrics:
- Total number of files transferred
- Transfer completion rate
Actionable Insights
Stay informed as to the status of shared files that may require attention:
- Files not downloaded
- Transfer expiring soon
Account Administrators
Admins of an account can monitor the number of:
- Password-protected transfers
- End-to-end encrypted transfers
- If 2FA is enabled
Time-Based Reporting
Data transfers over a fixed period of time showing day-by-day data transfer activity.
